Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Ikrit trousers. If the fit isn’t right, you can request a return or size exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

Returns

• Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
• The trousers must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• To request a return, email us at ikritclothing@gmail.com with your order number.
• A ₹150 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Once we receive and inspect the trousers, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of the return being approved.

Important: Unboxing Video

We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video when you receive your order.

In case your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with any other issue, please share the unboxing video with us when raising your concern. This allows us to conduct a thorough check and resolve the issue appropriately.

Without an unboxing video, we reserve the right to decline claims relating to damage, missing items or incorrect products.

Size Exchanges

If you need a different size, we offer one free size exchange per order.

• The exchange request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
• The trousers must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.
• The first size exchange is free.
• Additional exchanges are not available.

Non-returnable conditions

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for trousers that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without their original tags.

Our discretion

All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection. Ikrit reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the conditions outlined above.
